Room Reservation Cancellation Policy

Standard Reservations
For standard room reservations, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date to avoid charges.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before arrival will result in a charge equal to one night's stay.

Non-Refundable Rates

Fine Dining Restaurants
For our premium dining venues (Le Royale, The Grill):
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
- Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee of $50 per person.
- For private dining or large groups (8+ guests), cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance to avoid a 50% charge of the estimated bill.
Casual Dining Restaurants
For our casual dining venues (Café Parisienne, Silk & Spice):
- We appreciate notification of cancellation at least 4 hours in advance.
- No penalty for cancellations, but repeated no-shows may affect future reservation privileges.
- For groups of 10 or more, 24-hour cancellation notice is required to avoid a service charge.
Special Dining Events
For special dining events, tastings, and chef's table experiences:
- Typically require 72-hour cancellation notice.
- Late cancellations may incur a charge of the full event price per person.
- Some events may require pre-payment and have unique cancellation terms, which will be specified at booking.
